How to custom make enamel lapel pins?
1. Initial Consultation
Contact us to discuss your custom pin requirements, including design concept, size, quantity, and any other specific needs.
2. Design & Proofing
Our design team will provide the first draft within 1–2 working days. Clients may request revisions until fully satisfied. If you already have a design, please provide files in CDR, PSD, AI, or PDF format. We offer free design support for ribbons, pins, and badges.
3. Design Approval & Deposit
Once the final design is approved, we will sign a contract and process the deposit payment.
4. Pre-Production Sample & Mold Making
① Provide a mold layout for client approval (ensure all details such as text and patterns are accurate). ② Polish the mold. ③ Create and polish rough castings. ④ Electroplating. ⑤ Enamel coloring. ⑥ Quality inspection. ⑦ Attach pin backs and packaging.
5. Production
After quality control approval, your order moves to full production.
6. Final Payment & Delivery
Once production is complete and inspected, we will arrange shipment upon receipt of final payment. After-sales support is provided to ensure your satisfaction.
Note: Custom mold production typically takes 7–10 days after design approval. For stock/standard designs, production takes 1–2 days.
