1. Mold Making and Sample Confirmation：
This is the crucial transformation process from medal design and ribbon design  drawings to physical samples.
1）Mold Making: Based on the confirmed vector image, we use a precision engraving machine to carve the positive and negative molds of the badge onto mold steel. The mold is the "master template" for the entire production process, and its quality directly determines the precision and consistency of the finished product.
This step incurs a one-time mold fee.Sample Production: 3-5 physical samples are produced using the mold. Sample production typically employs mainstream processes such as baking paint or enamel.
2）Sample Confirmation: The sample is sent to the customer for final confirmation. This is the last opportunity to identify and correct any issues; please carefully check the following aspects:
Color Accuracy: Does the color match the expected color?
Craftsmanship Effect: Does the three-dimensionality of the baking paint and the smoothness of the enamel meet the requirements?
Detail Clarity: Are the details such as patterns and text on the badge clearly distinguishable?Accessory Sturdiness: Are accessories such as the back pin securely welded?

2. Design Refinement and Document Preparation:
1）Visualize initial ideas and prepare final documents that meet production requirements.Design Draft Provision: Clients can provide existing design drafts (images, hand-drawn sketches, or electronic files), or our designers can create them based on the client's requirements.
2）Vector Graphics Creation: This is a crucial step. Designers will use professional software such as Adobe Illustrator to convert the design drafts into vector formats such as AI, CDR, or EPS. Vector graphics ensure that the lines remain clear and sharp even when the metal medal  is enlarged or reduced, forming the basis for mold making.
3）Document Standardization: Professional processing of vector files, including:Text to Curves: Convert all text to curves to prevent errors caused by missing fonts during production.Color Standardization: Clearly specify colors, and we recommend using Pantone color codes to ensure color accuracy and avoid screen color differences
4）Detail Optimization: Refine the lines to ensure reasonable variations in line thickness and density, which directly affects the texture of the final product.

3,Mass Production and Quality Control:
After sample confirmation, puzzle lapel pins enter the formal production stage.
1）. Blank Forming: Based on the selected material (e.g., zinc alloy, copper, iron), the outline and pattern of the badge are stamped from the metal sheet using stamping or die-casting processes
2）. Surface Treatment: The metal blank undergoes electroplating treatment, such as gold plating, silver plating, or bronze plating, to achieve the desired base color and anti-oxidation effect.
3）. Coloring Process: Coloring is carried out according to the selected process.Soft Enamel Process: Color paint is filled into the grooves and then cured by high-temperature baking. Vibrant colors, strong three-dimensional effect, high cost-effectiveness.Hard Enamel Process: Enamel is filled into the grooves. Each color requires individual firing after filling, and finally, the entire piece is polished. Transparent colors, high-end texture, but the process is complex and costly.
4）， Post-Processing: Includes polishing and grinding the badge surface, and welding accessories such as back pins to the back.
5），Quality Inspection: Conduct quality inspections on all or randomly selected finished products, including color, size, defects, and the firmness of accessories, to ensure that the quality of the finished products meets the standards.

4. Packaging and Delivery
1) Packaging Method: Packaging will be done according to customer requirements. Common methods include individual OPP bag packaging, bubble wrap packaging, or gift box packaging with accompanying cards
.2) Shipping and Logistics: After packaging is completed, shipping will be arranged. We recommend choosing reliable logistics methods (DHL/FEDEX/UPS, dedicated line logistics, air freight, sea freight) and providing tracking information for the recipient.
After-sales Support: We provide warranty service and develop corresponding solutions for potential damage during transportation.
