1. Artwork & Design Confirmation
Send us your logo, sketch or reference image. Our team prepares production artwork based on your size, shape, finish and medal requirements.
2. Mold Development
After artwork approval, we create the mold according to the confirmed medal design.
3. Medal Production
Depending on the design, medals can be produced by die casting, stamping or other suitable metal processes, followed by polishing, plating and coloring.
4. Quality Inspection & Packing
Finished medals are checked for appearance, size, plating, color and attachment details before packing and shipment.
