The manufacturing process of hinged lapel pins is more complicated than that of most metal lapel pins.  We finish the enamel first, then use metal hinges to hold the products together.  When we make lapel pins, the space required by the hinge inserts must be accurately measured and fabricated to achieve a perfect fit for the metal to open and close smoothly.  Don’t worry if a few metal parts will make your pin too heavy to wear. We use quality zinc alloy.  This makes the needle very light and resistant to wear.  Our masters are experienced and we are confident to provide you with high quality hinged enamel  pins.
