A: We mainly do custom design. Can you show us your design as well as size, quantity or other requirements?

Q2: Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a factory and trading company.

Q3: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: 100 for each design. It can be negotiated.

Q4: Can I have my own custom products?
A: Of course you can! This is our specialty. We provide OEM and ODM services.

Question 5: What are the requirements for the drawing format
A: JPG, PDF, AI, CDR, hand-drawn drawings and creative ideas from customers are all acceptable.

Q6: Can I get a sample? Is the sample free of charge?
A: The stock samples will be free and you will only have to pay for shipping. If the sample is used with your own design, it will result in a charge for the mold.

Q7: What is the delivery time?
A: Usually 3 ~ 7 days for samples, 10 ~ 25 days for mass production, we can also accept urgent orders.

Q8: What is packaging?
A: In plastic bags, please let us know if special packaging is required. We can meet the requirements of our customers.
