You can customize the medal shape, thickness, relief, metal finish, colors, ribbon and packaging. For designs with buildings, portraits, mascots or other dimensional details, we can also advise whether 2D, 2.5D or full 3D relief will produce the better result.
The goal is not simply to reproduce a picture in metal. Small text, narrow gaps and deep relief all behave differently once a design goes into production, so these details should be checked before the mold is made.

As it is a customized product, we do not accept unreasonable refunds. If you find that there is a problem with the goods within 5 working days after receiving the goods, please contact us. We will actively cooperate. Before production, we will give you ARTWORK confirmation. During the production process, we will take pictures to confirm the samples and production process for you. Mistakes caused by our factory are borne by our factory.
Choosing the Right Medal Construction
Not every medal should be made the same way.
A running medal with large colored areas may work well with enamel and a custom-cut zinc alloy body. A commemorative medal with a portrait or building may need deeper relief and an antique finish to bring out small details. A formal award medal may look better with a cleaner polished surface and limited color.

If you are unsure about material, thickness or plating, send the artwork first. We can suggest a practical specification instead of asking you to choose a manufacturing process you may not need.
Yes. You can send us your own artwork, logo, sketch or reference image. We will review it and prepare production artwork before manufacturing.
Vector artwork such as AI, PDF or SVG is helpful, but it is not essential for the first quotation. A clear image or sketch can also be used to discuss the project.
Yes. Full 3D and dimensional relief can be produced when the design requires it. Portraits, mascots, buildings and sculptural elements should be reviewed individually because the required relief depth varies.
Individual names, serial numbers or other variable information can be added to many designs. Tell us how the information needs to change between pieces when requesting the quotation.
Yes. The front and reverse can both carry custom artwork. The reverse is often used for an event logo, date, sponsor, slogan or commemorative message.
