Design Your Own Keychain From an Idea, Logo or Artwork
A custom keychain does not need to start from a finished technical drawing.
You can send us a company logo, illustration, sketch, product idea or reference image. We can review the design and help convert it into a keychain that can be manufactured in metal, enamel, leather or a combination of materials.
The shape, size, thickness, metal finish, colors, attachment and packaging can all be customized around your project.
If you already have artwork, send it together with the approximate quantity and size. If the design is still being developed, send us the concept first and we can review which manufacturing method is suitable.
About the colors:
We used gold plating. The color of the paint adopts the internationally accepted Pantone shade. You can choose your favorite color according to your preference.
How We Turn Your Design Into a Keychain
1. Send Your Design
Send your logo, illustration, sketch, reference image or existing product design.
Include the approximate size and required quantity if known.
2. Manufacturing Review
We review the shape, thickness, small details, color areas and attachment method.
We also check narrow metal sections and connection points that could affect production.
3. Production Artwork
The design is converted into artwork suitable for manufacturing.Dimensions, metal finish, colors and attachment positions are shown for confirmation.
4. Artwork Approval
Check the size, logo, spelling, colors, plating and construction before production begins.
5. Mold and Sample
When tooling is required, the mold is developed according to the approved artwork.
A physical sample can be produced when the order requires pre-production approval.
6. Mass Production
Production processes may include stamping, die casting, polishing, plating, coloring, engraving, printing and assembly depending on the selected design.
7. Inspection and Packing
Finished keychains are checked for appearance, finish, attachment and assembly before packing and shipment
