If the product you receive is damaged you may be eligible for a refund.

• You must contact us within 4 days of delivery and send us back the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and buyer must return the item in it’s original condition.

Please keep in mind items on sale or B-grade enamel pins are not eligible for a refund.

We don’t allow refunds/cancellations for preorder items.
